Throughout a distinguished career, he has worked across multiple functional areas, gaining comprehensive exposure to airline operations, cargo management, ground handling coordination, regulatory compliance, customer service, and strategic planning. Having served in diverse capacities over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of both operational and commercial aspects of the business. His experience spans working closely with airlines, aviation authorities, airport operators, freight forwarders, and key industry stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient service delivery. Currently serving as Country Head – Operations, he leads end-to-end operational functions at a national level, overseeing performance management, process optimization, regulatory adherence, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Known for his hands-on leadership style, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to operational excellence, he plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth, maintaining service standards, and strengthening industry relationships.
