About
Our Cargo Schiphol Hub consists of three buildings: freight buildings 1, 2 and 3. Freight handling from building 1 commenced in 1967, building 2 became operational in 1982 and building 3 opened in 1991. The Schiphol Hub offers numerous special facilities for handling our customers' special products, including an Animal Hotel for live animals, a Conditioning Competence Centre for conditioning & cooling of shipments, and a vault for valuables. At our SPL Hub, we strive to achieve continuous quality and productivity improvements to meet the transport needs of our diverse customers. Together with our Cargo Charles de Gaulle Hub, the Schiphol Hub forms a Gateway to Europe.
